I haven't found the software code installation. What can I do?
The installation code lies on the installation CD-ROM (after S/N). If the code doesn't work well, please try with the following: FP3T-RGW6V.

I have installed the software but I'm not able to use it. What is the problem? |
Perhaps the driver isn't installed. Uninstall the software, install the driver and intall the software again. All through the installation never link the DCB to the computer.
I'm not able to download any images. Why? |
To download images it's necessary to link together DCB and computer by USB cable. Then opening "Photo Manager" throungh its icon on desktop and clicking the first-left vertical button, will come into view a menu where you will choose the "external device" (second row). Once you have choosed it, will appear a window in which there is a folder named DCIM, that in its turn holds the folder 100SCOPE. By clicking this latter will appear the digit of the pictures. By choosing "insert all" button (low-right) will come into view the pictures thumbnails. By clicking these latter you can get the full resolution images. If choosing the external device the computer is unable to find it, the driver might not be installed (see previous f.a.q.).

How long the pictures lie on memory? |
They lie on memory untill the batteries are charge, also if you put the DCB in stand-by or if you turn-off it. Mind! Once batteries are discharged or removed, all on memory pictures will be lost. We recommend to periodically download the pictures.

In which weather conditions can I use the DCB? |
We recommend to use the device in the following range temperature/humidity: 6°C - 35°C / 15% - 70%. If weather conditions are different the batteries may lose their charge.
